By accessing or using Connect.Game (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of Connect.Game, regardless of how you access the Service.

The game

Connect.Game is a free word-grouping puzzle game. The Service includes:

• A Daily Puzzle, refreshed every 24 hours
• Unlimited Mode, powered by an algorithmic puzzle generator
• Statistics tracking, stored locally on your device

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Intellectual property

All content on Connect.Game — including but not limited to the game design, puzzle categories, word bank, source code, graphics, typography, and branding — is the exclusive property of Connect.Game and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play Connect.Game for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited conduct

When using Connect.Game, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the word bank, puzzle data, or source code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game or collect puzzle data
• Create derivative works based on Connect.Game's content without permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Connect.Game or impersonate the Service
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any associated systems

Disclaimers

Connect.Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connect.Game and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed £50 (fifty pounds sterling) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Service availability

We make no guarantees about the availability of the Service. We may perform maintenance, make updates, or take the Service offline at any time. Daily puzzles are provided on a best-efforts basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your locally saved statistics and progress are stored in your browser and are not backed up by us. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser data, switching devices, or other circumstances.

Governing law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of Connect.Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, such as by a notice in the game.
